KOHLER has released this filter/kit to replace the discontinued 267987 filter.
Kohler GM116125-S OEM Fuel Filter replacement for 5E/7.3E, 5ECD/7.3ECD and 5EKD/4EFKD, 7.5EKD/6EFKD, 10EKD/8EFKD where 267987 was originally used.
On EKD units, the low pressure pump (has slotted bracket) may need to be adjusted to meet the metal fuel line after changing to the new style filter.
If replacing the EKD Fuel module at the same time, another fitting will be required. See info on the Fuel module page.
